LSB Handy Size Bible

A closer look at the flagship LSB Bible from Steadfast.

Last fall, the folks at Steadfast Bibles released the long-awaited Handy Size Edition of the Legacy Standard Bible, a new translation of the Bible produced by John MacArthur and a team from The Master’s Seminary. The LSB is based on the 1995 NASB, and is being published in cooperation with The Lockman Foundation.

I’m always intrigued when a new English Bible translation arrives on the scene, and I’m interested to see if the LSB has some staying power ( I think it will). One thing I know for sure is that these new Bibles from Steadfast are absolutely lovely. I was very impressed when I unboxed the hardcover edition a few months ago, and now I’ve gotten a chance to spend some time with the premium goatskin edition as well.
